Life used to be such a simple process: wake up, leave cave, find mammoth, kill and drag home, build fire, eat, sleep, and repeat tomorrow. Then our ancestors began first, to discover, and then to make many, many laws that appear to affect many, many things having to do with life. I have identified a good dozen laws of the universe that function without our even being aware of them; such as the laws of gravity, polarity, reciprocity, and others. We don't normally think of these as being spiritual in nature, but evidence is being produced that demonstrates underlying spiritual principals at work with all natural law. Consciousness Determines Reality Unfortunately, most all religious traditions have conditioned us to think in terms of the physical and spiritual being two totally different and unconnected domains. This approach is no longer a rational choice for a species that has evolved to the point of our current awareness. Science and experience is showing us that everything, everywhere is connected and working together in mysterious ways. Before searching out wealth, click here and just get happy. Then get wealthy. Searching for the wealthy lifestyle is always about our spiritual journey, and attempting to do this without the deeply spiritual component is following the letter of the law rather than the spirit of the law. It is not sufficient to speak of connecting with our inner/higher being without under-standing what that is really about. When we encounter the hidden influences of our beliefs and try to change them without knowing what our spiritual journey is all about, we will encounter discouragement. Trying to following the laws of prosperity without knowing what is behind the laws is base legalism and leads to frustration and eventual death of dreams and desires. Ultimately we are dealing with our view of God/Universe/Spirit. Since we have all been conditioned to a view of God that is no longer appropriate to our higher levels of consciousness, this will require some inner work around our beliefs. The way we understand and apply a law will depend on what we have experienced Can we believe what we see? A better question would be "What did my brain see?" The old saying "Seeing is believing" simply does not hold up to reality. Our brain allows us to make up what we didn't see, or even to see what we expect to see, regardless of what was available to observe! Our traditions have always painted a picture of God as a being very much like we see ourself - only a lot bigger and more powerful. And it can be yours! This has been an aspect of all wisdom literature throughout the ages although it is often languaged in such a way that it proves to be a problem for those with a Christian background. Click the video for a short explanation.
And YES, I believe total abundance is available for anyone who desires to experience it; but there is a problem... Most of what is being taught today about the process of achieving wealth is still based on an old energy model and does not integrate our new awareness of how things spiritual and the cosmos operate. The old energy model/paradigm states that wealth is the result of following certain proven processes which can be understood and followed by mental discipline and paying attention. Interestingly, this old energy model has recently added a high degree of spiritual attitudes and information as part of it's process, but most of it is still an old-energy model of behavior. In other words (we're being taught), you can achieve what you want by following the laws of the Universe/Spirit/Source/Light (which many people also identify as God). While this message may sound new and improved to you, it has been around for quite some time. Most people assume that wealth is primarily about the "stuff" that shows up in our lives; but we're now realizing that wealth is first of all about the non-physical aspects of our experience. When we get that figured out we can THEN expect all the good things to show up in our experience also. You may be surprised to discover that this model was also held in very high regard over 2000 years ago—during the time of Jesus, called The Christ. In a minute you will discover what Jesus had to say about this model. But first... I wish to point out that being wealthy has little to do with your bank account (although that is an important aspect), and to a much greater degree deals with your heart account. In other words, being truly wealthy is measured by your life, not your stuff. You can be grateful for your stuff and not have joy or peace. You can have very little stuff and still be totally joyful and peaceful. Joy and peace are always present in the experience of a truly wealthy person while often missing in the life which is considered wealthy in the traditional sense. Being wealthy in the way of the new energy model includes whatever stuff we desire, but insists on the primacy of love, joy and peace at the same time—in fact, this new model of wealth is actually built on the foundational experience of love, joy, and peace. In other words, this new energy model of wealth is PRIMARILY a matter of the Spirit/Soul. It is highly spiritual in nature and is not easily understood or accepted by people operating under the old energy model of prosperity which appears to have worked quite well for some people some of the time. But, it doesn't work all the time for everybody, and often doesn't seem to work at all for many. (There's a clue in this...) Prosperity, Wealth, Abundance... ...can generally be used interchangeably but will have slightly different meanings depending on your background and experience to date. Used in the context of our new energy-wealth model they all convey the presumption of a very healthy, integrated, evolving individual who is a conduit/channel/vehicle through which all the resources of Universe/God flows through rather than to. Problems with Any Law! For thousands of years our species has continued to misunderstand the purpose of universal laws regardless of the label they bear at differing times of our history. Two thousand years ago they were simply called "God's Law" while today they are more frequently referred to as "Natural Law" or "Universal Law". And what Jesus taught then is exactly the teaching we want to understand today. Jesus (and many other enlightened teachers) taught extensively that all laws have one primary function: To lead us into an effective, productive relationship to something existing behind the law which is infinitely more important. Set Up for Failure! Within the Christian religious tradition we have been deeply conditioned to believe that a spiritual person will have little to do with material wealth. This is absolutely opposite to what Jesus taught and practiced! Regardless of your religious background (or even lack of one) you are part of a culture that is thoroughly indoctrinated in this dualistic approach to the issue of being wealthy. While Jesus plainly taught and demonstrated that material stuff is an important part of who we are spiritually, our religious tradition has convinced us otherwise. And that is why the Ego loves the Law of Attraction, and loves any other teaching on prosperity which emphasizes the process as understood by a present interpretation of a universal law by any description.
Once you understand the function of these Universal Laws you can then utilize any of them to move forward in your quest for success and abundance in all areas of your life without reservations and/or fear of failure. It is true we have thousands of years' collective belief regarding old energy prosperity instilled into our very genetic material—but we can easily walk through this "valley of the shadow of death" and into the bright sunshine of a new and energizing model of success which Jesus and many other Masters have been trying to teach us for centuries. We too can learn the forgotten details of loving our SELF wealthy and bring that new energy model of success and abundance into our daily experience. You'll see why Jesus was able to say in his day... "my yoke is easy and my burden is light. If you learn of me you will find peace for your life." It Is The Law! |
and believe. Our beliefs are mostly a matter of what we have seen or think we have seen through- out our lives. But the question is...
To put it in our current language, following the process of law makes one feel successful without consistently bearing the fruit of a truly wealthy soul. True wealth is built on love, joy, and peace which is the inner work of the heart, while using the law to get more of our stuff is simply the work of the mind/ego.
